The Aqua Human             Penchant for Darkness            Unusual Light

At the peak of 2020’s summer of hell when the sky turned Blade Runner-orange from freak lightning storm-caused wildfires, and the covid-19 virus forced strict stay-at-home orders, I published my first novella, Penchant for Darkness. Writing the story during the pandemic was my way of dealing with the unknown and tuning out fear. And now I can’t seem to stop writing science fiction and fantasy stories featuring Filipino characters.

The Aqua Human is a short story about a teenager who discovers her superhuman abilities amid the danger of World War II in the Pacific. This is an adventurous and uplifting short story. Available for Kindle, Nook, and iBooks.

Penchant for Darkness is a Filipino man’s journey to discover and accept his extraterrestrial abilities in order to save his family (a newborn and an ill wife) and humanity. Available at your favorite book retailer in paperback and e-book (Kindle).
